Based in Lanao del Norte, Philippines, we envision ourselves to be the leader in content development for new media and multimedia strategy providing not only world-class digital products but also enhancing capacities of organizations in public information and communication. We provide training support to communication teams of private business organizations, government, and non-government entities. Our consultancy services are aimed at building a strong digital and multimedia team with the organization.

In the United States, we offer consultancy services in New York and the east coast tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut). Our clients include non-profit organizations and small businesses in health & wellness and the fashion industry. Our services likewise involve staff and organizational development, communication planning, business development, marketing and advertising, among others.
We specialize in strategic communications and communication strategy development for local government units, national government agencies, and non-profit organizations in northern Mindanao.

Harold Clavite founded HRS Innovates LLC in July 2013 in New York City. He is the Managing Director of HRS Innovates LLC and CEO/Principal at HRS Training and Media Production in the Philippines.
Harold has more than twenty-four years of professional experience in public affairs, communication, external relations, and public information. A strategic communications practitioner for several years, he is a trainer and facilitator with solid background in content development, media relations, multimedia storytelling, and social media marketing. He is an expert in digital strategy and communication action planning.
He conducts communication lectures and workshops for local governments and NGOs with focus on storytelling, content development and crisis communication. In 2016, Harold was appointment by President Rodrigo Duterte as Director-General (Undersecretary) of the Philippine Information Agency (PIA), the premiere public information arm of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines.
From 2017 to 2019, Harold headed the Information Management and Strategic Communications Support Group of Task Force Bangon Marawi, an inter-agency body handling the rehabilitation of the war-torn city of Marawi, which was attacked by ISIS-inspired local terrorists in May 2017 displacing hundreds of thousands of residents.
Harold is currently Communication Strategy Development and Tourism Consultant in the Municipality of Kauswagan in Lanao del Norte, Philippines and a Communication Consultant in the House of Representatives of the Philippines. At the same time, he volunteers as Director of Development and Communication at Payatas-based PNA Foundation, Inc. and an active member of the multi-sector advisory board (MSAB) of the Philippine Army since 2017 under the strategic communications subcommittee.
In 2011, Harold was Director of Communications at GK One World Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization based in San Diego, California supporting shelter and education programs through Gawad Kalinga Foundation in the Philippines. In 2013, Harold joined the United Nations Secretariat in New York and eventually worked as Executive Associate and Digital Communications Associate in the Communications Group of the Bureau of External Relations and Advocacy at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Headquarters in New York.
In 2008, Harold was a Senior Public Information and Private Partnerships Assistant in the UN World Food Programme (WFP) Philippines Country Office where he managed public information and fundraising. He led cause-related marketing campaigns under the corporate social responsibility (CSR) thrusts of Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, DQ, Unilever, DSM, and TNT for WFP's school meals projects in conflict-affected areas in Maguindanao, North Cotabato, Lanao del Norte and Sultan Kudarat provinces of Mindanao. He managed the affairs of WFP's celebrity National Ambassador against Hunger, Miss KC Concepcion.
Harold is an advocate of media and information literacy and responsible social media use.
